Patience. Knowing that the Law is our greatest helper if we follow it and that we can do no harm if we work with it, knowing that it blesses us. At the right time, we learn the great lesson of patience for not getting excited and that impatience is a barrier to progress in suffering. We know we are paying off a debt, and we learn, if we are wise not to create more misery for the future, then in joy, we are grateful for its sweetness and learn. If we are wise enough to be even better, patience brings peace, success, happiness, and security.
Endurance is the supreme penance.” Nibbana is supreme; Say, Buddha. He is not a true sage who harms another, nor a true sacrificer who commits tyranny.
Patience. A religious or political leader must be patient or tolerant of every situation, good or bad, and indifferent to both praise and criticism. This great earth sings a song of love or hatred towards all things that are poured upon it but forbids them whether they are bad and good or pure and impure. The leader must bear everything that is done to him whether it is in respect or contempt.
Everyone is responsible for creating a better world by planting the seeds of patience, love, and honesty deep down in the human heart. Eventually, a new era will erupt which will bring benefits to their generation and the generations to come. This is a cultured man who knows how to face difficulties with empathy and understanding.
The mark of great people lies in how they approach daily troubles with equanimity. Patience is good, but its fruit is sweet.
Be patient with everyone. Anger leads a person to a blind path. While teasing and harassing others, it also hurts itself. Anger weakens the body and disturbs the mind. some creatures cannot see during the day while others are blind at night. But a man is taken to great heights of hatred, he sees nothing, day or night.
Who and with whom do you fight when you are angry? You fight with yourself because you are your own worst enemy. Mind is your best friend but it can easily become your worst enemy. Just be patient with everyone. If you don't have patience at all, then you can't get success.
